Eugene F Harrow

Eugene F. Harrow, 80 of Howland Township, died Thursday evening, October 10, 2013, at his home. He was born June 29, 1933 in Murraysville, West Virginia the son of the late John and Mabel White Harrow. Gene served in the Army during the Korean War. He retired in 1988 after working over 22 years at General Motors, Lordstown as a high lift operator. He was a member of Bolindale Christian Church. Gene is survived by his wife, Betty Lou Ostrander Harrow, whom he married February 1, 1969; three daughters, Cynthia J. Bays of Howland, Darlyn Huckabone of Atwater, OH and Barbara A. Ostrander of Howland; one grandson and one great granddaughter. His first wife, Betty Lou Hartman Harrow preceded him in death November 25, 1965. One sister and one brother have also preceded in death. The funeral service will be held at noon Monday at Bolindale Christian Church, where the family will greet friends for one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Warren. Arrangments were entrusted to Lane Family Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel in Warren.
