Evelyn Brobst

LORDSTOWN- On August 12, 2013, Evelyn L. Brobst of Lordstown, OH passed away at Vibra Hospital at Trumbull Memorial Hospital after an extended illness at the age of 88 years. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, William W. Brobst; her mother, Elsie Jane (Wilkins) Byers and father David Earl Byers; her brother, Harry Byers, and sister, Helen Welty. Evelyn will be sadly missed by her brother, Norman Byers, and sister, Shirley Whitfield and will be also be missed by her nieces and nephews. Evelyn was always known as a very hard worker. She retired from St. Joseph's Hospital as a housekeeper, but she loved to stay busy in her free time. She enjoyed working on ceramics projects and spending time gardening. The family would like to thank Vibra Hospital at Trumbull Memorial Hospital for their outstanding care. Calling hours for family and friends will be held August 15, 2013 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Lane Family Funeral Homes Austintown Chapel. Services will be held on August 16, 2013 at 11:00AM at Lanes Austintown Chapel. Interment to follow in Lordstown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Lordstown Christian Church, 6370 Tod Ave SW, Warren, OH 44481.
