San Antonio, Florida-- Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Saturday at Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Evelyn J. Young 80, of San Antonio, Florida. formerly of Girard, Ohio. Evelyn passed away Monday morning in Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point , Hudson Florida. She was born November 13, 1922 in Youngstown a daughter of Walter and Clara (Baxter) Sheddy. Evelyn was the Cigar Manager for Gray Drug Store in Youngstown before retiring. She was also a member of the DAV Ladies Auxiliary in Warren, the Saxon Club in Youngstown, and the Ex-POW of Port Richey Florida. She leaves her husband Jim Young whom she married June 5, 1952, as well as two sisters Clara Burks of Warren Ohio, and Lillian Zins of Columbiana, Ohio. Friends and Family may call from 5 to 8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
