DEERFIELD----Funeral services will be held Noon Monday at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, for Evelyn M. Kemble Kranz, 97 of Deerfield, who passed away Friday afternoon at Glen View Manor. Evelyn was born August 20, 1905 in Redwood Falls, Minn, the daughter of Bernard and Alice Rice, and came to this area in 1937. She was a member of the Lake Milton United Presbyterian Church. Her first husband, Marion Kemble whom she married in 1920 died in 1964. Evelyn’s second husband, William Kranz, whom she married in 1965 passed away in 1979. She is survived by two daughters, Alice Stoner of Fort Smith, Ark. And Donna Gibson of Baker, FL, four sons, Mern and William Kemble both of Deerfield, OH, Thomas Kemble of Crane Hill, AL., and Arthur Kranz of Portland, OR, 23 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren and 31 great-great-grandchildren. Her husbands and son, Charles Kemble, daughter, Adair McCartney and sisters Violet and Wilma and brother, Bernard preceded her in death. Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
