Fayette "Shorty" Young

Austintown- Private services were held for Fayette "Shorty" G. Young, 65, formerly of Lake Milton, who died Thursday evening at his residence. Fayette was born March 18, 1949 in Cleveland, the son of Gertrude (Holms) Young and the late Maynard Young. Mr. Young was employed with Lake Milton State Park and retired in 2011. He loved pepsi and chocolate and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. He will be sadly missed by his mother Gertrude (Holms) Young, children Linda A. (Dean) Carson of Austintown, Kieulinh Young of Girard, Randy G. (Stacey) Young of VA, and Gary G. Young of Lake Milton, grandchildren Kimberly A. McIe, Hannah M. McIe, Alexis J. Young, Hailey N. Carson, Bryan G. Young, Kelly A. Carson, Kylie G. Young and Dean J. Carson Jr., great-granddaughter Karmyn E. Carson and brother David A. Young from FL. He was preceded in death by his father Maynard Young, sister April Smith and brother Raymond Young. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown.
