Florence J Sole

Florence J. Sole, 91, of Warren died peacefully 5:47 AM Wednesday June 17, 2009 at Autumn Hills Care Center following a lengthy illness. She was born March 17, 1918 in Cleveland, OH the daughter of Joseph and Theresa (Bellisimo) Pisano. A Warren area resident for most her life, Florence had many jobs outside of her home including working at the Ravenna Arsenal, Bienvenue Corporation of Cleveland and Pudgee's Restaurant in Warren. A first generation Italian-American, she enjoyed cooking traditional Italian dishes and making her own secret recipe spaghetti sauce. She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, SCOPE, and she enjoyed crafts, crocheting, bingo, and especially her grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her children Karol Ryan of Warren, Florence Allen of Ravenna, Walter Namoski of Alliance, Charles Tiliske of West Salem, Joseph Richter of Parma, and Frank Meadows of Warren. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren including James T. Ryan of San Diego, 8 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son-in-law James T. Ryan, 3 sisters, and an infant daughter Rosalyn. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday June 20, 2009 at Roberts-Clark Chapel where friends will be received from 12:00 noon until service time. Mr. Gilbert L Rieger will officiate. Interment will be in Pineview Memorial Park. The family suggests material contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association 1815 W.
