Florence L Gilmore

BROOKFIELD – Florence L. GIlmore, 85, of formerly of Brookfield, died Saturday May 19th, 2007, at 3:46 A.M. at the Autumn Hills Care Center in Niles. Florence was born in Steubenville, Ohio, on November 19th, 1921 the daughter of August W. and Flora M. (Speedy) Miller. She moved to Warren following her marriage to Allen C. Gilmore in 1940. Florence was a homemaker and enjoyed going to the movies and anything outdoors, especially walking. Florence is survived by her son Larry A. (Shirley) Gilmore of Howland; two daughters Linda (Edgar) McGinnis of Brookfield, and Robin (James) also of Brookfield. Eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her husband Allen on July 29th, 1972 and a son Ronald Lee Gilmore on January 19th, 1966. A brother Howard Miller also preceded her in death in 1958. Arrangements are being handled by Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Monday May 21st, 2007. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday May 22nd, 2007, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Warren.
