Frank H. Boyles

Funeral services will be held 2:30 PM Thursday for Frank H. Boyles of Trophy Club, TX formerly of Austintown who died Sat at Grace Presbyterian Village in Dallas TX. Frank was born Dec. 8, 1920 in Greenwood, Pa. and was the son of Franklin and Claire (Dungan) Boyles. He had moved from Juniata, Pa to Youngstown in 1952 and had resided in Trophy, TX. with his daughter since 2000. Frank had retired in 1983 from Packard Electric Division of General Motors in Warren where he had been a millwright. He was a 33rd degree Mason, member of Scottish Rite, Argus Masonic Lodge in Canfield, a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Austintown for over 40 years, a decorated Army Veteran of WWII serving in Europe from April 1944 to March 1946, receiving the bronze star, was an avid square and round dancer belonging to the Steel Valley Squares in Youngstown for many years, had attended the First Presbyterian Church in Grapevine, TX and was a gradate of Altoona, Pa. High School. His wife Lenetta Barger whom he married March 20, 1941 died Sept. 16, 1996. He is survived by a son Frank Dale (Dawn) Boyles of Greenville, Pa., a daughter Judy Boyles (Dick) Helenberger of Trophy Club, TX, 5 grandchildren, Derek (Alaina) Helenberger of Berkley, MI, Brad Helenberger of Plano, TX, Amy Boyles (James) Klinedinst of Bradenton, FL, Ryan and Brianne Boyles of Greenville, Pa. and a Great Granddaughter Annika Helenberger. He was preceded in death by a sister Florence Boyles Diehl and two brothers Edward and Richard Boyles. Family requests that material contributions be made to the Building Fund of the First Presbyterian Church, 1002 Park Blvd., P.O.
