Frank R. Pinciaro, age 75, of Girard, Ohio, died Saturday, April 8, 2006, at Glen View Manor in Mineral Ridge, where he had been a patient since October 2005 with Alzheimers Disease. He was born on May 26, 1930 in Corona, Long Island, NY., one of triplet sons, born to the late Cesare 'Chester' Pinciaro and the late Ninetta Nolfi Pinciaro. His family moved to Campbell, OH., when he was a child. He graduated from Campbell Memorial High School in June 1949. He worked for the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad until he entered the U.S. Army in September, 1951. He served as 1st Sergeant in the 57th Field Artillery until his discharge in 1953, having served in Korea. Mr. Pinciaro had worked for Van Huffel Tube Corp. from 1954 until the plant close in May 1984, at which time he became employed at Sawhill Tubular, until his retirement in 1995. He and his wife Nancy lived in Howland on Jeanette Drive for 40 years before moving to Girard to make a home with their daughter and son-in-law. He was an avid Cleveland Indians and Browns fan and enjoyed bowling and working out at the YMCA. He was a member of St. Patrick Church in Hubbard, OH. and a member of the American Legion. Mr. Pinciaro is survived by his wife, Nancy J. Santfant Pinciaro whom he married in February 1952. He is survived by a son, Frank R. (Valerie) Pinciaro of McDonald, OH. and Grand daughter, Andrea Pinciaro of Columbus, OH., His daughter, Ann M. (Greg) Dean of Girard. Sister-in-law, Patricia Pinciaro and her children, Jennifer Husk, Ben Pinciaro, Tony Pinciaro Jr. Steven Pinciaro and Michael Pinciaro all of Columbiana. Other survivors include his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Albert and Loretta Pompeo and their children Albert Pompeo Jr., Randall Pompeo, Richard Pompeo, Deborah Pompeo and Stephanie Pompeo., Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law Stephen and Cynthia Santfant and daughter Tiffany Mann of Girard. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jenny Sliwinski and three brothers, Antonio 'Tony', Achillo 'Augy', and Chester who died as an infant and his Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Stephen and Anna Paully Santfant. Arrangements are being handled by Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel, 180 Garfield Dr. NE, Warren, Ohio, where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 11, 2006. Funeral service will be at Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel at 12:00 PM Wednesday, April 12, 2006 , with Father Tim O, Neill officiating.
