Gabriel A. Sirianni

Gabriel A. “Gabe” Sirianni of 679 Grover Street, Masury, Ohio, died on Monday (6-18-2007) at home following a sudden illness. He was 72. Mr. Sirianni was born in Sharon, Pennsylvania on June 1, 1935, a son of Anthony C. “Gibby” and Mary I. (DeOnna) Sirianni. A 1952 graduate from Beaver Falls High School, Gabe went on to serve our country in the U.S. Army at the conclusion of the Korean Conflict. Gabe retired from Sharon Steel after 29 plus years in the Cold Roll Dept. He also was a Union Representative for USW Local, Sharon. In his spare time, he enjoyed cheering on his Cleveland Indians, and his Cleveland Browns. Survivors include: his daughter, Renee J. Lehner & her husband Douglas, Canton, OH; his siblings, Michael Sirianni & his wife Sandra, Sharon, PA, James Sirianni & his wife Janice, Brookfield, OH, Thomas Sirianni, Masury, OH, Jeffrey Sirianni & his wife Linda, Howland, OH, and Marlene Kocan & her husband Jerry, Roswell, GA; and his granddaughter, Nicole Lehner. He was preceded in death by his parents; by his brother, Anthony “Buzz” Sirianni; and by his sister, Connie Sirianni. At the request of the family, a private service will be held Friday at the Madasz Funeral Chapel, Brookfield, Ohio. No calling hours will be held. Burial will be private.
