Georgia A. Fox, 63, of Youngstown, passed away peacefully, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Jan. 15, 2013. She was born July 19, 1949, in Youngstown, the daughter of Bert and Eleanor Rowbotham. Georgia was a lifelong area resident and a 1967 graduate of Chaney High School. After graduating she continued her education and became an LPN, working at North Side Hospital. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles, cross stitch, making quilts and collecting bells. She loved to read, watch the Cleveland Browns and the OSU Buckeyes, but especially loved spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by her son Brian Fox, of Youngstown, her father; Bert Rowbotham, of FL., a brother; James (Susan) Rowbotham, of Youngstown, a sister; Debby Rudloff, of Youngstown, a nephew; James Rudloff, a niece; Danielle Rudloff, and a great-nephew Lucas. Georgia was preceded in death by her husband; Timothy Fox, whom she married April 1, 1978, her mother Eleanor (Schilling) Rowbotham, and three nieces. Funeral services will be held Jan. 17, 2013, at 2:00PM, at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel. Friends will be received from 1:00PM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Epilepsy Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
