Geraldine ''Gerry'' Irwin

Geraldine “Gerry” Irwin -- 72 Mineral Ridge—Services will be at 1 pm Monday at Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Geraldine “Gerry” Irwin who passed away Thursday in St Elizabeth Medical Center after a long illness. Gerry was born October 12, 1932 in Latrobe, PA. the daughter of Tony and Nora (Harvey) Smith. She was a homemaker and loving wife and mother. Gerry was a member of The First Presbyterian Church of Mineral Ridge. Gerry loved to travel making regular trips to Las Vegas. Her husband Donald Irwin whom she married September 10, 1950 passed away May 16, 1989. Gerry leaves a daughter and son-in-law Kimmie and Thomas Crozier and a grandson Tyler all with whom she made her home in Mineral Ridge. Gerry also leaves many other cherished family members and dear friends. Besides her husband, three sisters; Wanita Ankney, Helen Peace, and Betty Carithers preceded Gerry in death. Family and friends may call from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 pm at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel on Sunday. The family requests that material tributes take the form of donations to the church in Gerry’s name.
