Gladys Louise Heffron

Youngstown- Funeral Services will be held at 9:30am on Sat. Nov. 29, 2014 at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown for Gladys Louise Heffron, 94 who passed away on Tues. Nov. 25, at North Side Hospital. She resided at Windsor House in New Middletown. Gladys was born Feb. 3, 1920 in Youngstown, the daughter of the late August and Louise (Timm) Rochow. She was employed at Isaly Dairy in the Austintown Plaza for six years and then at Colla's Market for 17 years. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Its Ladies Aid Society and Sewing Circle. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years Thomas who passed away Jan. 19, 1988, as well as two sisters Edna and Verna and brothers Randall and Ervin. She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters Dolores (Emerson) Shick of Mineral Ridge and Barbara (Bill) Pitts of Salem, her son James (Debra) Heffron of Austintown and step-son Thomas (Janice) Heffron of Santa Rosa, Cal., six grandchildren Luanne (Daniel) Fox, Rachel (Greg) Hammond, Matthew (Roberta) Pitts, Jonathan Pitts, Jimmy (Heather) Heffron and Bradley (Pheobe) Heffron and six great-grandchildren Danny, Michael, Jeffrey, Klarissa, Patrick and Garrett.
