Gordon P. Mauerman

There are no services or calling hours for Gordon P. Mauerman who passed away Saturday evening at his residence. Gordon was born July 22, 1941 in Youngstown a son of Paul R. and Mildred L. (Price) Mauerman. He was a SFC Maintenance Technician for the US Army for 28 years retiring in 1994. He had previously worked for Youngstown Sheet and Tube and the truck plant at GM Lordstown. He enjoyed building and flying remote control airplanes. Gordon is survived by his mother of Austintown, his wife the former Shirley Langenheim whom he married September 12, 1962; one son Steven A. Mauerman of Austintown; two sisters Debbie Lederman of Powhatan, VA and Ruth Ann Minno of Youngstown; one brother Gary Mauerman of Austintown; and one granddaughter Sydney A. Mauerman of Lordstown. He is preceded in death by his father and a son Gordon “Gordo” Mauerman. Lane Funeral Home Austintown is handling the arrangements.
