Harry A. Price

Harry A. Price of Caprice Health Care, passed away Tuesday morning at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Harry was born January 17, 1923 in Youngstown a son of the late Harry A. and Margaret (McPhilliamy) Price. He was the Director of Social Work Services for North and South Side Hospitals retiring in 1985, was a member of the Tabernacle Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Austintown and had served in the United States Navy. Harry was a longtime member of the Youngstown YMCA and active in handball tournaments at the Y. Harry is survived by two children: Marcia (John) Johnson of Rogers, and Douglas (Jeannine) Price of Ypsilanti, MI; one brother Lewis Price of Denver, CO; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife the former Mary Katheryn Davis who passed away in 1992. There are no public calling hours or funeral services. Arrangements are being handled by Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel.
