Harry Jan Mcbride

Harry J. McBride 78, of Espyville, PA passed away unexpectedly at 1:33 PM Monday afternoon at Sharon Regional Health System. Mr. McBride was born in Hubbard, OH on July 30, 1934 a son of Myron and Gladys (Reiser) McBride. He was a graduate of Brookfield High School and had worked for both G.A.T.X. in Masury as a welder and also had served as a mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service for more than thirty-five years before his retirement in 1995. In his free time he was an avid fisherman and had loved boating wife his wife and family. He leaves behind his beloved wife of seventeen years former Jean Chase; six children Crystal (Jim) Gorey of Canton, OH, Patrick (Linda) McBride of Piney Flats, TN, Kelly (Bob) Valencic of Erie, PA, Colleen Valencic of Youngstown, OH, Ben McBride of Oil City, PA, and Ray J. (Heather) Rice III of Masury, OH; two brothers Dick (Darlene) McBride of Brookfield, OH, Ted McBride of Midland, MI; his sister Patricia Radichevich of Niceville, FL; thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive. Harry was preceded in death by his parents and by his son Dennis McBride in 2011.
