Harry Reese Miller

Harry Reese Miller, 83 of Cortland, died Saturday morning, December 31, 2011, at St. Joseph Health Center. He was born August 20, 1928 in Warren, the son of the late Elwood Ray and Viola Mae Mossrush Miller. He was a lifetime Trumbull county resident. Harry retired in 1984 from Allied Metals in Niles, where he worked in production for 32 years. He enjoyed fishing and billiards and loved traveling and spending time with his family. His wife, Hilda Nora Vogt Miller, whom he married April 29, 1950, preceded in death in 2006. One son, Raymond Miller; one sister, Janet Lenhart and two brothers, Ray and Bill Miller have also all preceded him in death. Harry is survived by one son, Charles R. (Lauretta) Miller of Cortland; four grandchildren, Harry C. Miller, Nora M. (Donald) Hixson, Viola M. Miller and Raymond W. (Kendra Krubbs) Miller; seven great grandchildren, Jessey and Ryan Hixson, Marriana and Frankie Miller and Michael, Dylan and Ethan; two brothers, Fred (Pauline) Miller of Warren and Robert E. (Janet) Miller of Cortland and a sister-in-law, Mary Jane Clementi of Warren. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Meadowbrook Memorial Park in Champion Township. Cremation will be held. Arrangements were made by Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel in Warren. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
