Hilda D. Gray

Warren- Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday at the Lane Funeral Home-Mineral Ridge Chapel for Hilda D. Gray age 81 of 735 Bonnie Brae who died Thursday evening at Washington Square Nursing Home in Warren. Hilda was born March 10, 1922 in Piney, WV and was the daughter of John Grant and Merle Marie (Lancaster) Davis. She had been an L.P.N. for 40 years and was a member of the Church of Christ in Lake Milton. Hilda was a good caregiver and cared about everyone. Her husband Francis Milton Gray whom she married Sept. 1944 died Feb. 19, 1979. She is survived by a son William F. Gray of Niles, two sisters Wilma Cross of Newark, OH, Lillie Heath of Moundsville, WV, four brothers Dale, Chester, Harley and Larry Joe Davis all of Moundsville, WV. , five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a daughter Sally Garland and a brother Don Davis. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 PM Sunday.
