Irene M. Johns -- 54 Austintown—Services will be 11 am Tuesday at Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Irene M. Johns, 54 of Austintown who passed away Friday afternoon at her home. Irene was born October 3, 1950 in Kittanning, PA, the daughter of Frank and Mary Louise Cravener. She was a Nurse with Assumption Village Care Center in North Lima retiring in 2001. Irene was also a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, as well as a caring sister and friend. Irene was the strength of her family and enjoyed spending time with and spoiling her children and grandchildren. Irene enjoyed life to its fullest. She was a member of Austintown Community Church. Her husband Henry O. Johns whom she married April 14,1967 passed away September 4, 2003. She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters; Lori Ann Jordan, Lisa Marie (John Davis) Johns, and Tammy Louise (Corky) Kunovich all of Austintown, two sisters; Anna McAfoose and Josephine McCullough both of Pennsylvania, and two brothers; James Cravener of Pennsylvania and Mike Cravener of Florida. Irene will also be sadly missed by her eight grandchildren; Mikey, Cotie, A.J., Briana, Chase, Shane, Clayton, and Jared, along with her many friends and relatives who love her. Besides her parents and husband Irene is preceded in death by a daughter Shari Lynn Johns and two brothers John and Tom. Family and friends may call from 2 to 4 and7 to 9 pm Monday at the funeral home.
