Jack S. Clark

Funeral services will be held 1 pm Friday at the Lane Funeral Home-Mineral Ridge Chapel for Jack S. Clark age 72 of 1703 Difford Dr., Niles who died Monday at Trumbull Memorial Hospital Jack was born Jan 21, 1930 in Brookville, Pa. and was the son of Ralph and Ethel (Schauffner) Clark. He belonged to the Army and Navy Garrison in Niles, had served in the Army during the Korean War, attended Pleasant Valley Church in Liberty, liked gardening and was a sports fan of the Cleveland Indians and Browns. His wife, Claudia (Williams) Clark whom he married Oct. 23, 1950 died July 20, 1989. Jack is survived by two daughters Susan Eckenrode of Niles, Debra (James) Walton of Niles, a son Jack R. (Deborah) Clark of Vienna, a sister Valjean (Edward) Caldwell of Princeton, Ill. 6 grandchildren; Michelle Sigley, Thomas Eckenrode II, Crystal Sigley, Tracy Walton, James Walton Jr., Justin Murray and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister Margaret Clark and a brother William Clark. Friends may call from 5-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Pineview Cemetery in Warren.
