Jake D Stolte

Jacob D. Stolte, 21 Jacob D. Stolte, 21 of Canfield passed away Friday morning at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Jacob, known as "Jake" was born July 28, 1992 in Silver Springs, Maryland a son of Bryan D. Stolte and Karen Dinunzio Stolte and graduated from Canfield High School in 2011. Besides his parents, Jake leaves a brother, Bryan J. Stolte of Canfield; his maternal grandparents, James F. and June M. Dinunzio; paternal grandparents, Darwin E. and Carol L. Stolte and many loving, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends may call on Wednesday, September 11th from 5-7 p.m. at Lane Family Funeral Homes, 65 N. Broad St., Canfield Chapel. The family requests material tributes take the form of contributions to The Youngstown Foundation for donation to The Children's Dyslexic Center, 223 Wick Ave., Youngstown, OH 44501.
