James Kenneth Faull, 89 of Howland Township, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 23, 2016. He was born February 18, 1927 in Butler, Pennsylvania the son of the late Fred R. and Kathryn Stonebraker Faull. Jim served in the U.S. Navy during World War II on the USS Maryland and in Guam. He married the love of his life, Evelyn Wehling on May 14, 1948. He never retired but worked at Faull and Son Tool and Die, a company he started with his dad in 1949, until his death. He invented many products there over the years. Jim was a member of the Champion Presbyterian Church for many years, where he had served the church in many capacities. When asked recently how he stays so healthy and active, he said all he does is rely on the Lord and depend on Him day by day. He loved to fly-fish, golf, and in recent years was learning to oil paint. He also loved to share his faith in Christ. His beloved wife of nearly 66 years, Lynn Faull preceded him in death in 2014. One son, Jim Faull II preceded in death in 2003. Jim is survived by five children, Darian (Paul) Veerman of Connecticut, Laura (Ben) Rajabi of Texas, Dr. Ted (Maggie) Faull MD of Boardman, Gretchen (Mark) Gorospe of Howland and an adopted daughter, Patty Doyan-Faull of Missouri and his brother, Lee Faull of California. He was called "Grampy-dear" and beloved by his ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his family. A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2016 at Champion Presbyterian Church with Pastor Marvin Barney officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:30 to 6 p.m. prior to the service Monday at the church. Arrangements were entrusted to Lane Family Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel in Warren.
