James L Marshall

James L. Marshall, 72, of Fowler died at his home, unexpectedly, on Monday, February 6, 2012. Born October 14, 1939 in Flatwoods, TN, he was the son of the late James and Josephine (Tatum) Marshall. James was a resident of Trumbull County for most of his life. He worked many years in the grocery business and was the previous owner and operator of Jim's Market in Fowler. James loved to golf and camp. He enjoyed people and was the type to have never met a stranger. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Janet (Walls) Marshall of Fowler, whom he married November 25, 1963 and with whom he has shared 48 years of marriage, by a daughter Wendy (Leon) Westfall of Fowler, Frank (Deborah) Marshall of Butler, PA and James (Julia) Marshall of Fredricksburg, VA, nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and by his sister Margaret (Dennis) Petrosky of Warren. James was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister, Virginia. According to his wishes James will be cremated and no formal calling hours or services will be held.
