Janet L. Ranalli

Janet L. Ranalli -- 70 Austintown—Services will be 10 am Monday in St. Joseph Church in Austintown for Janet L. Ranalli, 70, who passed away Thursday afternoon at her home. Janet was born April 25, 1934 in Youngstown the daughter of David and Melvina (Bott) Boley. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. In 1951, Janet tried out for the famous Radio City Music Hall Rockets, but instead decided to marry her husband, the late Victor A Ranalli Jr. They were married on August 9, 1952 and he passed away on February 29, 2004. She leaves her children; Victor A. III (Cindy) of Boardman, Christian and Bernard (Molly) both of Youngstown, Anthony of Pittsburgh, Philomena (James) Porea of Perrysburg, John (Nora) of Austintown, and James (Tracy) of Poland. Janet also leaves two sisters; Norma Monroe of Orlando Florida, and Mary Boughamer of Austintown, fifteen grandchildren and two great grandsons. Besides her husband, a brother George Boley and a sister Maude Schrilla precede Janet in death. Family and friends may call form 4 to 7 pm Saturday evening at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family requests material tributes take the form of donations to Hospice of the valley 5190 Market Street Boardman, Ohio 44512.
