Jasmine Lee Justice, who was born prematurely on Sunday, February 22, 2009 at 2:30PM in St. Elizabeth's Hospital died later that afternoon. Jasmine is the daughter of James Justice and Jennie Lee Katerba of Youngstown. She will be dearly missed by her big brother James Mark Justice of Youngstown and her family. Jasmine will be cremated. The family has entrusted arrangements to the Shafer-Winans Funeral Chapel.
