Jeanne Dezee Roberts

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10:30 am Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Jeanne (DeZee) Roberts who passed away Wednesday evening at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Jeanne was born February 9, 1947 in Youngstown a daughter of the late Robert and Imogene (Zohnd) DeZee. A 1966 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School, she retired as a nurses aide from Meridian Arms after many years of service. Jeanne was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Austintown, was a former member of the St. James Church Ladies Guild and loved to sew. She will be sadly missed by her son Daniel (Cheryl) Roberts of Mineral Ridge; two sisters: Barbara (Joe) McMurray of Boardman and Linda (Rex) Kostraba of Cortland; one brother: Robert (Mary) DeZee of Newton Falls; and her dog Zeus and cat Rascal. Friends may call from 3 pm until 5 pm Sunday at Lane Family Funeral Homes Austintown Chapel where closing prayers will be recited at 10 am Monday.
