Jeffrey was born May 1, 1956 in Philadelphia, PA a son of Roger and Phyllis (Hackathorn) Carr. Jeffrey was a self employed truck driver. He is survived by his father of Lake City, FL, his wife Eleanor whom he married July 21, 2001; a son Phillip Carr of Newton Falls; a step son Terry Haefke of Ft. Worth, TX; two step daughters Tammy Miller and Loretta Miller both of Ft. Worth, TX; three sisters: Janice Taska of Warren, OH, Tammy Burr of Canfield, OH and Jodi McDonald of Niles, OH; one granddaughter and four step granddaughters. He is preceded in death by his mother.
