Jennifer R. Hernandez

A memorial service celebrating the life of Jennifer R. (DiBucci) Hernandez will be held at 6 PM Friday at the Lane Family Funeral Homes Austintown Chapel. Jennifer was born October 28, 1976 in Youngstown, the daughter of Charles and Kathleen (Connelly) Long and was a lifelong area resident. She was a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and received her LPN degree from Mercer County Career Center and she loved being a nurse. She worked as a nurse with Austinwoods Care Center after her graduation. Jennifer attended Believers Christian Church in Warren. She enjoyed music but most of all she loved spending time with family and friends. Besides her parents of Canfield Township, Jenifer leaves two children, Jose Jr. and Armando Hernandez at home, her twin sister Jackie DiBucci of Mineral Ridge, Christina DiBucci of Youngstown, Tricia (Tim) Morrison of Salem, Tammi Booten of Clearwater, FL., and Kristina MacDougall of Oldsmar, FL. She also leaves six nephews and four nieces. Jennifer was preceded in death by both her maternal and paternal grandparents as well as one Uncle Raymond Connelly. Friends may call from 4 to 6 PM Friday at the Lane Family Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel where services will be at 6 PM.
