Joan Marie St. Marie

Joan Marie St. Marie, 75 of Warren, died Sunday morning, October 4, 2015, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. She was born November 24, 1939 in Cleveland, the daughter of the late Robert Henry and Rosemary H. Haggerty Belz. She was raised in Andover. Joan was a 1958 graduate of Williamsfield High School and did her LPN training in Cleveland. She worked for 12 years as an LPN at Warren General Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital. Joan had been a member of St. Pius X Church and was a member of St. Mary's Church in Warren. She is survived by three daughters, Michelle Renee St. Marie of Birmingham, Ala., Paulette (Michael) Haynes of Mountain Home, Ark. and Annette (Jason) Scarborough of Brandon, Miss; four grandchildren, Lilly Boiarski, Eden and Emery Haynes and C.J. Scarborough and one sister, Judy Czczepinski of Orwell. Her husband, Jeremy F. St. Marie, whom she married November 24, 1964 preceded her in death September 19, 2007. Two brothers, Robert H. Jr. and Richard G. Belz and one sister, Janet Brockett also preceded in death. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at St Mary's Catholic Church in Warren with the Rev. Bernard Schmalzried celebrating the Mass. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel in Warren. Burial will be at All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta.
