John A. Burton

ARIZONA- John Allen Burton, 53, passed away peacefully September 11, 2014. John was born August 20, 1961, in Mineral Ridge, the son of Willard and Jewell Burton. John graduated from Mineral Ridge High School in 1979. John lived his life to the fullest travelling the world and he enjoyed serving his country in the United States Air Force for 24 years before retiring. John had no boundaries in supporting his family members. He was deeply loved by his family and friends. He would lend a hand to all that needed it. His friends regarded him more as a brother than as a friend. John is survived by his wife, Darcy of San Tan Valley, AZ; his brother, Glenn Thomas (Nancy) Burton of Ellsworth; and his sisters, Barb Dietelbach of Cortland, and Sue Hitmar of Avon Park, FL. John is to be buried at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Hawaii.
