John A. Pluchinsky, Sr.

Niles- Funeral services will be held 1:30 PM Friday at the Lane Funeral Home-Mineral Ridge Chapel for John A. Pluchinsky, Sr. age 69, formerly of Seneca St. in Niles died early Tuesday morning at Horizon Village. John was born Jan. 16, 1937 in Homer City, Pa. and was the son of the late Mike and Mary (Soltis) Pluchinsky. He came to this area in 1993 and had worked in maintenance for Bay Hill Golf and Lodge in Florida. John is survived by his wife the former Patricia J. McNevin whom he married Sept. 10, 1960. He also leaves a daughter Patricia Riche of Niles, a son John A. Pluchinsky, Jr., of Youngstown, a sister Anna (Charles) Williams of Wildwood, FL., a brother Mike (Sissy) Pluchinsky of Oklahoma City, OK and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Mary E. Bell. Friends may call from 5-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home. The family requests that material contributions be made to donor’s favorite charity.
