JOHN DANIEL WOLBOLDT Age 91 Canfield- A Memorial service will be held at 11am Wednesday at Canfield United Methodist Church, celebrating the life of John D. Wolboldt, 91. who died Sunday morning at his residence. John was born March 9, 1923 in Canfield, the son of the late Christian and Ethel (Guterba) Wolboldt. John is survived by his wife of over 70 years, Alice "Snookie" Wolboldt, daughter, Barbara (Frank) Wszelaki of Seville, OH, sons, Will (Joanna) Wolboldt of Colorado Springs, CO, Dr. Clint (Dr. Kimberly Leighton) Wolboldt of Ransom Canyon, TX, daughter in law Penelope Wolboldt of Warren, PA. and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Besides his parents, John was preceded in death by four siblings, son Rev. Daniel Wolboldt and grandson Mark Wszelaki. The Wolboldt family would like to give special thanks to Angels, Dr. Charles Wilkins, Sue & Rob Hovanec, Ginny & Kevin Prus and many other cherubs too numerous to mention. Family and friends may call from 9am Wednesday until time of services at the church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lane Family Funeral Homes, Canfield Chapel. As per John's wishes, his body has been donated to Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, Rootstown, Ohio.
