John S Komorek

Brookfield John "Jack" S. Komorek, 72, passed away Sunday morning, October 18, 2015 at the Cleveland Clinic. Jack was born on April 20, 1943 in Sharon, PA, the son of Steve and Anna (Kralevich) Komorek. He was a 1961 graduate of Brookfield High School and a member of the Pleasant Valley Evangelical Church in Girard, OH. He was a veteran of the United States Army National Guard of Pennsylvania and as a Reserve of the Army. He proudly served his country from July 30, 1964 until he was honorably discharged on July 29, 1970. Jack will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Carol (Baran) Komorek, whom he married on March 14, 1966; his three children, Jeff (Shelly Aurthur) Komorek of Hubbard, OH, Neil (Vicki Baker) Komorek of Middleburg Heights, OH, and Wendy (Brian) Horvath of Madsion, OH; nine grandchildren; Nathan, Lauren, Alexandra, Eli, Noah, Zachary, Asher, Levi, and Elizabeth. He is also survived by his mother and his brother Ron Komorek of Masury, OH. He was preceded in death by his father.
