BOARDMAN----Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 28, at 11 AM in the Lord of Life Lutheran Church, Canfield for Joseph Frank, 72, of 145 Oakley Ave. who died Saturday morning at his residence, Joseph was born July 1, 1930 in Youngstown, the son of Joseph S and Marie Toth Frank Sr. and was a lifelong area resident. Joseph had worked as a lineman for General Motors, Lordstown 28 years, retiring in 1990. He was a member of the church, and enjoyed attending the Mahoning County Adult Day Care where he made flags and angels. He presented a flag that now hangs on the wall at the Capitol Building in Columbus. Joseph was also a Marine veteran during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Ann Kovaleski, whom he married on July 5, 1958, two daughters, Jody Ann Rice of Marine City, MICH and Colleen Marie Campbell of North Jackson, three grandchildren, Ben and Cory Rice and Genna Campbell. Friends may call from 10 to 11 AM Saturday at the church. The family requests that material contributions take the form of donations to Hospice of the Valley, the Alzheimer’s assoc. of Youngstown and the Lord of Life Lutheran Church.
