Joshua Evan Ellis

Joshua Evan Ellis, of Warren, passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. in Akron Children's Hospital in Akron from complications of Cerebral Palsy. He was eleven years old. Joshua was born on February 28, 1999 in Warren the son of John and Shannon (Tucker) Ellis. Josh enjoyed watching television especially watching sports with his daddy and the time that he spent with his siblings. Josh is survived by his parents of the home, a paternal grandmother Mary (Gentry) Ellis of Leavittsburg; maternal grandmother Terri (John Prokop) Vrancic of Lordstown; a maternal great grandmother Katherine Allender of New Castle; his brothers and sisters Jonathan A. (Amber) Ellis of Warren, Shayla M. (Keith Harris) Ellis of Warren and MaryBeth and Jacob T. Ellis both of the home; his nieces and nephews Jeremiah, Zechariah and Trinity Ellis and Hailey Harris; and by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Josh was preceded in death by a paternal grandfather Augustus "Ray" Ellis and two brothers Tucker J. and Daniel A. Ellis. Calling hours for Josh will take place on Monday, October 11, 2010 from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service in the funeral home. A Funeral Service for Josh will take place on Monday, October 11, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lane Funeral Home Roberts Clark Funeral Chapel, 180 Garfield Drive NE, Warren, Ohio, 44483. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Warren. The family suggests that memorial contributions take the form of donations in Josh's name to the Ronald McDonald House at Akron Children's Hospital in Akron.
