June C. Durda, 64, formerly of Warren died Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at 1:45PM in St. Joseph Health Center in Warren. Born March 10, 1942 in Clarksburg, WV, she was a daughter of the late Raymond W. and Madeline Aman Cleer. A graduate of the West Farmington High School class of 1960, June worked as an assembler on the line at Packard Electric. She retired from Packard after more than 25 years of service. June was of the Catholic faith and was a member of St. Pius X Church in Warren. She enjoyed playing bingo but most of all she loved her family and enjoyed the time she spent with them. June will be dearly missed by her loving son Stephen R. and his wife Denise Durda of Masury, two grandchildren, Steven Durda of West Farmington and Brandy C. Durda of St. Pete, FL, 4 great grandchildren Tyler, Amelia, Derrick, and Anthony, and by sisters and brothers, Ramona Stewart of Champion, Ralph Cleer of Champion, Margaret Wolf of Lyndhurst, Catherine Heikkila of Southington, John Cleer of Southington, Joseph Cleer of West Farmington, Bridget Klima of Cortland, and Annette Phillips of West Farmington. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Rita Trask and by a brother Edward Cleer. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 6 to 8PM at the Roberts Clark Funeral Chapel and for one hour prior to the funeral mass on Friday at the church. Rev. William Loveless will conduct a mass of Christian burial Friday, August 25, 2006 at the St. Pius X church. Burial will be held in the Hillside Cemetery in West Farmington.
