Karl N. Kahn

March 20, 1951 — July 2, 2007

Karl N. Kahn, 56, went home to be with the Lord July 2nd following an extended illness. Karl was born March 20, 1951 in Youngstown, a son of the late Kenneth and Margaret (Brooks) Kahn, and was raised in Lake Milton. After graduation from Jackson Milton High School, he worked for 11 years at US Concrete in Diamond and for 15 years for Emro Marketing. He was a member of Bailey Road Baptist Church in North Jackson, and was a leader in AWANA at church. In his spare time Karl enjoyed fishing, camping, water skiing, boating, and especially his dog, Coco. He is survived by his loving wife the former Janice Lamb, whom he married March 30, 1974. He loved being with family and friends and will be sadly missed by his 18 nieces and nephews, and 20 great nieces and nephews, whom he loved more than anything. Beside his parents Karl is preceded in death by a son; and his brother Charles Kahn. Friends may call from 5 PM until 8 PM Thursday evening at Bailey Road Baptist Church and from 10 until 11 AM Friday at the church. There will be a funeral service at 11 AM Friday at the church to honor Karl.
