Keith Leland Swarts

Keith Leland Swarts, 62, passed away on July 14, 2019 at Addison Healthcare. Keith was born in Leavittsburg on June 17, 1957 to Leland & Leona Swarts.
Keith is survived by his sisters Karen (Charles) Homchosky of Warren, Kathleen (Al) D’Amico of Hudson, FL and Marlene Swarts of Seattle, WA; his nephews Mark Brakovich of Delray, FL, Mike Brakovich of Bristol, David Brakovich of Champion, Jarrod Swarts of Seattle, WA., and Jesse Wilson of Warren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private Services will be held.
The family wishes to express appreciation to his lifetime of staff and caregivers at Alberts/HLA Nursing Home and Addison Healthcare of Masury for their loving care and admiration.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the Lord for the promise of Rev. 21: 4 “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be anymore pain; for the former things have passed away”.
