Kenneth Ray Roles Sr.

Kenneth R. Roles Sr., 81, passed away Saturday evening, December 7, 2013 at his home. He was born on May 18, 1932 in Altoona, PA, a son of Raymond J. Roles and Edith E. (Shope) Roles. Kenneth worked at Republic Rubber and as a Craneman at Republic Steel for seventeen years before retiring. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and doing woodwork in his spare time He is survived by his wife Eloise Roles, whom he married on December 28, 1951; two sons, Kenneth (Connie) Roles Jr. of Washington Illinois and Peter (Sandi) Roles of Red Lion, PA; three daughters, Victoria (Marvin) Pearson of Toldeo, OH, Cheryl Weaver of Williamsburg, PA, and Jennifer (Peter) Manchev of Oklahoma City, OK; one sister, Donna (Ronald) Miller of Greencastle, PA; two brothers, Thomas (Betty) Roles of Greencastle, PA and Dean (Arlene) Roles of Mercerburg, PA He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Dorothy Miller, and Eileen Miller; and one brother Ralph Roles. Funeral services will be held at Lane Family Funeral Homes Madasz Chapel, 6923 Warren-Sharon Road Brookfield, OH 44403 on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 11:00AM. Friends may visit Tuesday evening, December 10, 2013 from 5 to 8 PM and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday Interment will take place at Brookfield Township Cemetery.
