Larry Oliver Ryan

Boardman- Funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Larry Ryan of Boardman who died Monday morning in St. Elizabeth Hospital. Larry was born June 8, 1945 in Youngstown the son of Harold and Dorothy (Hawkins) Ryan and was a life long area resident. Mr. Ryan was employed by Aeroquip Republic Rubber until health problems forced his retirement in 1970. He was a member of Struthers Church of Christ and a graduate of the Rayen School. Larry was a dedicated father and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his 12 grandchildren. He was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians. Larry spent over 20 years dedicated to Austintown Little League as well as the Austintown Colts Midget Football. Larry is survived by his wife Bonnie whom he married in 2000, sons Larry and Theresa Ryan of Youngstown, Eric and April Ryan of Struthers, daughter Ann Marie and Richard Johnson of Salem, sister Rita Garver of Austintown, brother Robert Ryan of Spokane WA., and 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Harold B. Ryan. Family and friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home
