Lee Brooke, 72, passed away Saturday December 25, 2010 at the Hospice House. He was born April 3, 1938 in Salem a son of Ray and Betty (McDevitt) Brooke. He was a sheet metal worker for Local 33, loved fishing, reading and spending time with his family. Most of all Lee adored his grandchildren. His wife the former Janet Young, whom he married August 3, 1956, passed away September 10, 2010. Lee will be sadly missed by his mother of Columbiana; his children: Lori Jones of Leetonia, Debra (Benjamin Siegel) Brooke of Miami, FL and Julia (Ken) Sipler of Avon; one sister Kaye (Donzel) Gregory of North Lima; two brothers: Ward (Peggy) Brooke of Columbiana and Bruce (Beth) Brooke of Boardman; six grandchildren: Geary, Sarah, Timothy, Kenny, Kerry, and Hayley; and two great grandchildren: Carolyne, and Blake. Lee was preceded in death by his father and two sons: Gary and Timothy Brooke. Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel, where a funeral service will take place at 7:30 p.m.
