Linda L. Bloom

Linda L. Bloom, 66, of Austintown, passed away Saturday evening at Hospice House in Poland. Linda was born November 10, 1950 in Youngstown, a daughter of Robert and Mildred Leech Patterson. She was an Administrative Assistant with Hynes Steel for 20 years, retiring in 1992. Linda was a 1968 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and had attended Youngstown State University. She was a member of the former St. Andrews Episcopal Church. Linda loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. She was fond of all animals but especially dogs and cats. Linda is survived by her husband, Robert C. Bloom whom she married July 1, 1989; her son, Wally (Kim) Wasilewski of Austintown; her step-children, Bob (Chrissy) Bloom, Sr., Dominic (Jessica) Bloom of Niles and Marjorie Bloom of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Walter, lV, Wyntre and Cassandra Wasilewski; her step-grandchildren, Bob Bloom, Jr. and Kirsten Bloom and her step-gr. granddaughter, Abigal According to Linda's wishes, there are no calling hours or services. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society, 525 N. Broad St. Canfield, OH 44406. Arrangements are by the Lane Family Funeral Homes-Austintown Chapel.
