There will be a funeral service 11 AM Tuesday at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel for Lloyd N. Lilley, who passed away Thursday morning. Lloyd was born February 23, 1947 in Tower Hill 2, PA a son of the late Arthur and Elizabeth (Ruffcorn) Lilley. Lloyd had served in the United States Army for 4 years and then retired after 16 years of service in the Army Reserves. He retired in 1995 from General Motors, Lordstown after 30 years of service. He was currently working as a truck driver for CMD Logistics. He attended Wickliffe Christian Church, enjoyed the outdoors, traveling, puttering in the garage, building campfires, all his family, and his dog Missy. Lloyd was a member of the UAW 1112. He is survived by his wife the former Gloria McKay whom he married August 1, 1987; two children: Brian (Angela) Lilley of Monroe, NC and their children: Chelsea Pruitt, Sarah, and Seth; Tracy (William) Ledsome of Niles and their children: Brianna and Connor; three step daughters: Sherry (Chris) Miller of Apollo, PA and their children: Matthew and Patrick; Lora (Jack) Bodi of Indiana and their children: Rachael and Nicole; and Beth (Rich) White of Vienna; two brothers: Arthur (Geri) Lilley of DE, and Ronald Lilley of PA; two sisters Ruth (Lloyd) Gillis of PA and Mildred (Jerry) Davis of DE. Besides his parents Lloyd is preceded in death by two brothers Albert A. Lilley and Donald Lilley and a sister Loma Coney. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wickliffe Christian Church, 3939 Potomac Ave, Austintown, OH 44515, in Lloyd’s name. Friends may call from 4 PM until 8 PM Monday and one hour prior to the services Tuesday at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel.
