Lois E. (Baker) Turner

Mineral Ridge- Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday at the Lane Funeral Home-Mineral Ridge Chapel for Lois E. Turner, age 81 of 1726 Morris St. who died early Tuesday morning in Northside Hospital. Lois was born Oct. 7, 1924 in Mineral Ridge and was the daughter of the late Edwin and Nellie (Pearce) Baker. She had been a self employed seamstress for over 40 years. Lois was a member of the Mineral Ridge Church of Christ and Wagon Wheel Travel Club. Lois is survived by her husband George W. Turner whom she married Nov. 10, 1943. She also leaves a daughter Linda and her husband John Misoni of San Diego, CA, a son Larry and his wife Myrna Turner of Niles, two sisters Jane and her husband Robert Lindsey of Warren, Jean Baker of Mineral Ridge, two brothers Edwin and his wife Ann Baker of Howland, Ronald and his wife Kitty Baker of Orange Park, FL and 7 granddaughters and 2 great granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Nellie Mrofchak. Friends and family may call at the funeral home from 5-8 PM Friday evening. The family requests that material contributions be made to the Mineral Ridge Church of Christ.
