Lois M. Mcdonald

Austintown- Funeral services will be held at 11 am Wednesday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Lois McDonald of Austintown who died Monday morning in St. Elizabeth Hospital. Mrs. McDonald was born July 31, 1917 in Youngstown the daughter of Lionel and Melvina (Pugh) Kallaway. Mrs. McDonald graduated from South High School then attended and graduated from Lewis School of Hospitality in Washington D.C. After her graduation she was the manager of the Holiday Inn in North Jackson in the 1960’s, she also was a sales representative for McKelveys and Strouss Department stores in Youngstown. She was a member of the Elks Lodge in Florida; she enjoyed designing dresses and sewing and loved to fish. Lois moved to Port St. Lucy Florida 25 years ago and recently returned to Ohio. Mrs. McDonald is survived by one sister, Dorothy Ruse of Youngstown, grandsons, Kenneth and Christopher Eisenbraun and great-grandchildren Daniel and Dakota Eisenbraun. She was preceded in death by her first husband Kenneth Eisenbraun in 1988, her second husband John McDonald in 2000 and her son Lee Eisenbraun. Family and friends may call from 10-11 am Wednesday at the funeral home.
