Funeral services will be held 10 AM at Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Lois M. Zupko, 76, of Youngstown, formerly of Joseph Knight Towers who passed away Monday afternoon in St. Elizabeth Medical Center Boardman Campus. Lois was born December 7, 1934 in Youngstown, the daughter of Clarence and Bertha (Seaborn) Walters. She attended The Rayen School, and had retired from the Periscope Sub Shop after 26 years of service where she was a cook. Lois was an avid bingo player and an avid card player especially with her sisters. She was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Lois leaves four sons; Robert (Barbara) Zupko of Boardman, Ed (Gayle) Zupko of Hubbard, Rick (Jill Buchner) Zupko of Youngstown, and Joseph(Sabrina Dempsey) Zupko of Austintown, one sister, Carol Kapturasky of Youngstown, one brother, Carl Walters of Canfield, nine grandchildren; Allison, Erin, Mary Jo, Edward Jr., Christina, Ashley, Rick Jr., Jennifer, Joey, Christine, and Chad, as well as seven great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Lois is preceded in death by four sisters; Beverly Nameth, Audrey Sharp, Roseanne Bisso, and Betsy Jo Yeaney, as well as one brother; Clarence Walters. Friends may call from 5 to 8 PM Thursday and again from 9 to 10 AM Friday at the funeral home.
