Louis J Sipos

Louis J. Sipos, 90, of Austintown, passed away December 10, 2013 in Berea. Louis was born January 22, 1923, son of Joseph and Rose (Hari) Sipos. He was a graduate of Chaney High School and a proud US Army veteran. He served in Germany in WWII and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was a previous owner/operator of Club Lido, and enjoyed fishing and boating on Lake Erie with friends. Louis is survived by his wife of 57 years; Mary (Pizel); one daughter, Mary Lou Sipos of Struthers; two sons, Dr. John Sipos, DDS and wife Candi of Ft. Meyers, FL and Jeff Sipos and wife Kellie of Redington Beach, FL; seven grandchildren; Aaron, Abbie, Amy, Emily, Olivia, Madeline and Mollie; one great granddaughter, Marlie; several nieces and nephews and his faithful companion, Bentley. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, December 16, 2013 at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, 5797 Mahoning Ave. 44515. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery.
