Luciene R. Jones

Services will be held at 2:30 PM Saturday at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel for Luciene R. Jones, 84, of Canfield, formerly of Boardman, who passed away Wednesday evening in Omni Manor Care Center. Luciene was born November 10, 1922 in Kansas City MO, the daughter of William and Mary Smith. She was a homemaker and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her husband Richard Jones whom she married in 1983 passed away in 2004. Luciene leaves a son; John Davis and his wife Toni of Canfield, three granddaughters; Diana Davis, Leigh Devine, and Lisa Davis, as well as two sisters; Katherine Jennings of Williamsburg VA, and Laura Boess of Tarrytown NJ. Besides her parents and husband, Luciene is also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. Family and friends may call from 1:30 until 2:30 PM Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests material tributes take the form of donations to the Alzheimer’s Foundation in Luciene’s name.
