Margaret I. Mallog

Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday at Lane Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel for Margaret I. Mallog who passed away Wednesday morning at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Margaret was born Sept 19, 1918 in Frostburg, Maryland a daughter of the late John and Annie (Greaser) Gray. A homemaker, Margaret was a graduate of Mineral Ridge High School and of the Methodist faith. She enjoyed sewing and reading. Her husband Peter H. Mallog, whom she married May 29, 1940, passed away January 1, 1996. Margaret is survived by four children: Peter M. (Linda) Mallog of Newton Falls, Linda Bell of McDonald, James (Margaret) Mallog of Austintown and Richard (Karen) Mallog of Niles; twelve grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, Margaret is preceded in death by an infant son John; four brothers: Warren, Dick, Charles, and Kenneth Gray; and a sister Leota Snyder. Friends may call from 10 AM until 11 AM Saturday at Lane Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel. Burial will take place 11 AM Monday at Girard City Cemetery.
