A mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:30 AM on Thursday at St. Christine’s Catholic Church for Margaret “Margie” Billock, formerly of Canfield who passed away on Sunday at Hospice House in Euclid from complications of Pneumonia. Margie was born December 5, 1929 in Youngstown, the daughter of George and Mary (Hanna) Joseph. She had held credit and personnel manager positions with Livingston’s department store in Youngstown and later sold real estate for Cliff Fisher Realty in Canfield. She was also a longtime member of St. Christine’s Church. Margie leaves three children: Vincent and his wife Bambi Billock of Dayton, Ohio, Gary Billock of Hobart, Indiana, and Lanea Billock of Bay Village, Ohio. She also leaves a brother Carl Joseph of Boardman, and two sisters: Mary Ball of Boardman, and Caroline Green of Austintown. Margaret also leaves four grandchildren: Amber, Rachel and Matthew Billock, Caleb Kusmider. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Billock whom she married October 11, 1958 and passed away December 14, 2005. Three brothers: John, Joe, and Mike Joseph as well as a sister Sue Russell also preceded her in death. Memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of the Western Reserve at 300 East 185th St. Euclid, OH 44119. Friends and family may call from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel.
